About SmartAndon

Through our SmartAndon system, you can create all types of dashboards quickly and easily. You can even arrange your metrics by dragging them according to your presentation needs.
Your dashboards can be saved as predefined boards under a specific name, so you don't need to reselect the parameters each time you require your information. SmartAndon is capable of storing an unlimited number of dashboards.
With SmartAndon, you can obtain real-time information from your production lines, including all types of KPIs: MTTA, MTTR, OEE, BTS, Downtime, Scrap, Work Orders, Top 5 Failures, and more.
You can select your metrics using various criteria: by area, by production line, by station, by type of metric, and by type of chart. You can also filter by the required time period.
The traffic light option in SmartAndon displays a dashboard showing the real-time status of the selected lines. This helps to immediately visualize when a production line or station is inactive (red), about to stop (yellow), or running normally (green).
One of the most commonly used indicators in the manufacturing environment is real-time hourly production. SmartAndon allows us to monitor production lines efficiency by tracking the quantities produced versus the planned quantities each hour, enabling immediate visualization of production shortfalls and facilitating more informed decision-making.
SmartAndon also offers the option to generate all types of production reports, which can be exported to Excel if needed.
